JANUARY 2024 - JUNE 2024 - Laying the Foundation
From January to the end of June 2024 (time of writing), the team searched out a core team. We went through 2 developers before finding the right team. We developed an initial engagement platform where users could earn points, launched the main website and whitepaper, designed the NFTs, launched the NFT project, and created various graphics/videos for promotion. In addition, we brought on a few other employes and contracted social media influencers to help bolster the growth. Core was paid ~2,916 $SNAKE for this work and has invested roughly $40,000 into the development and marketing of SnakeDice thus far (self funded), receiving $0 in compensation.
JULY 2024 - Launch NFTs; $SNAKE Token to Mainnet ETH
During this month we plan to launch the NFT project. The NFT project will auction off 1 "Burnie the Snake" NFT every day for 950 days with no minimum bid.
Additionally, we will launch the SnakeDice ($SNAKE) ERC-20 token on mainnet Ethereum and begin disbursing the token to the respective accounts (core vesting, treasury, LP, etc).
During this month we will finish creating our revamped engagement platform, where users can earn points for completing various tasks such as liking posts, commenting or retweeting.
Finally, we continue our awareness campaigns, to introduce SnakeDice to potential users, investors, and partners. This will be done by way of press releases, "influencers", Twitter ("X"), Medium, and Quora, among others.
AUGUST 2024 - Dice Released; Token Presale
In August we will start our token pre-sale. This pre-sale will last for 1-2 months and remaining tokens (if any) will be sent back to the treasury and/or locked in liquidity on UniSwap.
In addition, we plan to launch our inaugural game "Dice", which will be a permissionless dice game on the Ethereum blockchain. We plan for this to be a near-gasless experience, using transaction signing in lieu of gas transactions. Technical details to follow.
During this month we will ramp up our marketing efforts with the goal of building the SnakeDice community.
SEPTEMBER 2024 - Token live; Liquidity Vault Live; AI Whitepaper
The token will be available for trading. Our liquidity vault will also be live, which will hold 10,000 tokens to be rewarded to individuals who provide liquidity to uniswap.
Additionally, work will continue on SnakeBank, additional casino games, and the governance website. We also have several smaller tasks that we plan to complete during this month.
Finally, we will release the AI "chatbot" version of our whitepaper, developed using the comprehensive whitepaper. This bot will be able to have full conversations about SnakeDice, aiming to provide seamless access to information for anyone curious about the Snake ecosystem.
Q4 2024 - Additional Chains; SnakeBank; SnakePad
In Q4 we will continue development of the SnakeDice casino, allowing users to explore and use the platform and play various games. We plan to allow deposits on multiple chains and include "skins" to attract the users of these chains. We will collect valuable user feedback and make necessary improvements based on user experiences during this phase.
Additionally, we will launch two new products - SnakeBank and SnakePad. To avoid frontrunning, details of these will follow.
Finally, $SNAKE will be listed on select CEX's in addition to the DEX('s) that we will launch on during September.
2025 - Continued Development and Expansion
In 2025 we plan to grow the Snake ecosystem - including but not limited to - SnakeDice, SnakeBank, SnakePad and SnakeNFT's- all powered by the $SNAKE deflationary token.
During each quarter we plan to engage the community, offer timely and transparent updates, and spread the word about SnakeDice.
